  1. Unless I missed it, you have not reviewed Constance Savery's highly praised Enemy Brothers (1943), which is still available in a Bethlehem Books reprint (2001). In Part Four of A Critical History of Children's Literature (1953), Ruth Hill Viguers used Savery's novel to introduce her discussion of World War II in Fiction. Of Savery's fifty-odd books, this is one of her three best!

    1. No, you didn't miss it, I have't reviewed it yet. I've been thinking about doing an older book soon, so maybe I'll get a copy and read it. It is in my bibliography, but there are hundreds of books there, and I've read only a drop in the bucket so far. Thanks for reminding me about this one, though.
